To Setup ECUMaster EMU you'll need only four wires.
12 Pin USB:
 
Enable a CAN output and enable Send EMU data over CAN-bus.
CAN-bus Speed: 1Mbit/s.
 
Choose ECUMaster from the TunerView Protocols menu
